Data privacy and protection notice

This notice applies to this trial environment, which uses test data only. Don't enter real personal information.

What is collected

Your username, your practice video and audio, the transcript of your answers, and your scores and feedback.

How it is used

To run your practice interview, generate your feedback and scores, and show your progress to you and your instructor. Your data is not used to train AI models.

Storage and retention

This app analyses the recording and deletes its own copy as soon as the analysis finishes. Transcripts, scores and text feedback are kept for the trial period. The interview service holds the recording in its own test environment for the trial.

Who can see it

You and the instructors of your class. Instructors see your transcript, scores and feedback, and do not see your video.

Activity log

To support the trial and fix problems, the app records your username, the pages you open, actions such as starting an interview or exporting a report, your device and browser type, and any errors. It doesn't record your IP address in this log. The log is kept for the trial period and is only available to the ALLPS administrator.

Protection

Data is encrypted in transit. Non-verbal feedback measures behaviour, such as facing the camera. It does not identify you, create a face template or infer your emotions, and it does not assess your appearance, dress or grooming.
